- ITAR : As an ITAR registered company, we adhere to strict regulations to safeguard sensitive information and technologies.
- Counterfeit Parts Mitigation :Â The Purchasing Policy in place at YES, LLC ensures that parts/components are purchased only from authorized component distributors or vendors that have a Counterfeit Parts Program in place.
Counterfeit Parts Awareness Program
Yarbrough Electronic Sales, LLC. has developed a Counterfeit Parts Awareness program to define the processes for preventing counterfeit parts from entering the supply chain and products manufactured by Yarbrough Electronics Sales, LLC. Risk Management Plans have been developed to aid in the prevention in procurement of suspect or counterfeit parts. Criteria for receiving, inspection, and containment/communication are defined. Training is outlined and performed annually to ensure all employees at Yarbrough Electronics Sales, LLC. are aware of the importance of knowing about counterfeit parts and how to manage a suspect part. We are an active member in the GIDEP Bulletin.
